finally i'm back from OBS.
had a great time there ((:
ok so now i will go into details ((:
MONDAY 29OCT07 DAY 1
went to school at 7.30am, met the others there.
soon mr kwok came and sent us there.
when we reached the jetty, there were other people from other school waiting at the jetty to board the boat.
As soon, we boarded the boat and headed for obs camp 2 ((:
when we reached there, the place was like wth?
OUR INSTRUCTOR was LI PING((:
and our watch is TENZING WATCH (:
den the girls and guys sat down at the MPH and played cards (:
soon enough, lots of ACS barker rd guys came, then i was like damn it sia.
only got 5 girls then so so so many guys, damn weird la (:
den put our things, went for kayaking lessons..
it was fun capsizing(: haha
then kapt the kayaks and bathe, prepared for dinner.
Dinner Time! we had rice and beans and many others for dinner !
it was indeed yummmy, but not enough to fill my stomach. haha ((:
supper ate biscuits.
went to our tents to sleep, but we didn't sleep.
TON THE NIGHT man!
we were in raj's shamel and leon's tent, then we chatted and chatted until everyone was relatively tired ((: slept for a while in their tents. night !((:
TUESDAY 30OCT07 DAY 2
YAWN ! we were very tired as we tonned the night, went to store and packed our bags for the LAND EXPEIDTION! soon enough we set out for the expeidition ((:
walk for a few KM, was tired la, i was carrying 2 tents, but the others were tired too.
finally reached our destination,putched our tents in the middle of no where ):
soon, cooked dinner (: food was not bad. haha (:
then !? i suddenly cried after dinner, missing everyone in my family and and rest of my friends,and something bad happened that scared me a lot... its kind of a spirit thing la... okok, dont say too much (: afiq, khidhir and fatin cooled me down..
then li ping said that we must take turns to be guards, as we are caping outside in the open, me and fatin slept in afiq's tent,as we were like scared..):
ok, then suddenly at night had a very BIG STORM and we were outside! wth?
our tents were all wet la.. and we were wet and stuffy.
we suffered, but i was a good experience (: smiles
the best part was ! we couldn't SLEEP the whole night !
WEDNESDAY 31OCT07 DAY 3
woke up from a 5 min sleep, it was still raining DAMN!
we were freezing cold la..
then Li Ping made milo and tea for us to drink as the weather was damn COLD !

soon, headed to continue our land expeidition, went to visit the GERMAN GIRL SHRINE.
then track back to camp 2, Paul was our navigator. we got lost so many time, but its ok, tracking is good for our expedition ((: haha.
Finally ! , we reached camp 2 ! but we couldn't slack ): had to unpack and kayak to Camp 1..
took our kayaks, brandon chai was my partner. he's pro in kayaking. i'm serious !
was a bit tired while kayaking to camp 1.
we finally reached there!
Camp 1 is so so much better than Camp 2, but the place we're sleepin in is disasterous man!
so many ants la, fcuk !
Li Ping showed us the places, it was nice and the toilets were so much better then camp 2.
got to shit finally ! woohoo !
then we had briefing about tomorrow.
had a very nice dinner there, i was like gobbling down the food as its not cooked with mass tins ((:
its cooked by the chefs at OBS. yummy ! ((:
washed up. went to meet li ping, took out the map and taught us about tomorrow's route to our destination ! SEA EXPEIDITION !
i had a slight fever, all because of the storm that night!
didn't have the mood la..
then went to sleep lor, didn't really sleep la... STUPID TENT !
THURSDAY 1STNOV07 DAY 4
Li Ping woke us up at 5.30 in the morning.
had to unpitch the tents, and packed our bags for our sea expeidtion.
had breakfast, met here and headed out to sea.
My partner was brandon again.
after kayaking for 1 hr, my hand was very tired. aiyo.
Glene was the navigator !
kayak in the open sea, soon we reached a swamp, had to find our way out using the map.
just then, we had to cross a muddy place,it was SUPER MUDDY !
BUT! mud is good for ur complextion ((; haha.
i had lots of fun, then soon we reached another obstacal man !
had to go over the road, w carried our kayaks la.
then i was supposed to check if there is cars comming our way, i didn't there to go too in, as i heard wild boars growling. ewwww.
finally we finish crossing the road and continued kayaking. ((:
1 hr later, we reached the open sea ! yeah !!! but wait ! i saw JELLY FISH ! ((: haha
kayak back to camp 2, was quite far! i was damn damn tired, but brandon was really a good kayaker (:
reached camp 2, washed our kayaks.
Had briefing again, li ping said we took very fast to kayak! 5 1/2 hrs only ok !
and i got a TAN ! hahahahhahahah ! ((:
it was really very fast and fun !
then pitched our tents again !
i'm going home tomorrow ! YEAH !
we had fresh food for dinner ! horray !
we had eggs, beans, rice ! haha ! ((: had a cooking compeition, haha
was stupid man.
we ate at the jetty ! it was damn romantic la ((: smiles
but while looking at the sky, i was thinking about things.
finished eating, cleared up, packed our store.
then met li ping, she sent us to our tents.
we all wanted to ton !,but the instrusctor ask us to sleep then in the end, we really slept man ! haha ((:
FRIDAY 2NOV07 DAY 5 ( HORRAY)
woke up 6.30 in the morning, we al had a very very good sleep, i just wonder why its the last night and we are all sleeping so soundly till morning. haha (:
unpitched tents, clearned up the store.
finally we're going back !
we had 38 tent pegs missing, thus we went to the campsite to find them, we found 33 pegs la!
miracle, but we still needed to pay for our ponchos. damn !
it's a total of 37 dollars ! each 2.30. took our photos and bought our soverniers.
ACS Barker Rd guys are irritating la ! wth? they we saying that SHSS people so poor thing, no transport back, must take bus. i spank them then they know sia ! ?
boarded the boat and to the jetty ! missed the bus to interchange, the next bus came and i took it with melvin, glene and keith.
we 4 were stuck at somewhere for a while. then we took another bus to hougang interchanged, took a cab ! haha ((:
then sherilyn, hidayah and nat were below my block, didn;t expect them to fetch me. haha ((:
thanks guys ! now i gotta go rest and eat ! ((:
OBS was fun ! but tiring.
